As a Digital Communication & Design student, I had the opportunity to create this video with a fellow classmate in our Writing for the Media class. We practiced creating a shot list for this video along with developing the script. Sarah Derise featured in the video, and I filmed our fellow students and edited the video in Adobe Premiere Pro. This was a fun experience to create a promotional video talking about a class in our major to encourage other students to visit our student-made website for our major.

Out Reach 2020
This is a promotional video I filmed and edited for my friend's social media in Janurary 2020. She is a student at William JessupUniversity. In the summer of 2020, she would have traveled on an outreach ministry trip with her college before the Covid-19 Pandemic. I storyboarded the video concept and flow and then directed my friend's actions. We collaborated on specific shots throughout the video. Then I edited the video to emphasizes storytelling and an emotional appeal to the viewer. My friend created the music used throughout the video. This project is used as a promotion to her social media followers to spread awareness about the upcoming trip and include links to how to support her. This was an amazing opportunity to get hands-on experience to bring my ideas to life and help support my friend in her goals.
